All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via fax or email.
More than 15 days to embarkation date: No charge
7 - 14 days prior to embarkation date: 50% charge
Less than 7 days prior to embarkation date: 100% charge

Cruising Policy

Check in on board: 10:00 AM
Check out: 5:30 PM
Return Hanoi: 7:30 PM
The FOC rate for only 01 children under 4 years old.
Children from 4 - 9 will pay an extra 75% of adult rate.
Children aged 10 and above must pay full fare as an adult.
Peak season surcharge: Surcharge 20% per person applies for travel date on Lunar New Year (30 Dec, 1 and 2 Jan in Lunar Calendar)
